Payment is required at the time a reservation is made. Patrons using our website to make camping/floating reservations should call between 10 am and 2 pm to pay on the day the request is submitted. Our rates include all taxes and fees. Reservations will not be honored if payment has not been received at least 7 days prior to floating/camping date.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover) over the phone or via check by mail which should be mailed to arrive at least 7 days before date of reservation. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks in the store: they are accepted for mail-in payment only. We will contact you with confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of payment.
In order to receive refunds for camping/floating, cancelations or reductions in number of campsites or floating equipment, notification must be made by phone by 2:00 pm 7 days or more before date of arrival.
For Example: To cancel a Saturday float or reduce equipment, the phone > contact must be made on or before the prior Saturday a week in advance by 2:00pm.
NO REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LATER THAN THE 7-DAY DEADLINE.
If KC’s deems conditions unsafe for floating due to circumstances beyond our control (ie: flooding or storming), rainchecks will be issued. Rainchecks are valid for one year from the date of issue.
No rainchecks will be issued for camping unless there is a flooding hazard.
